Job summary

John F. Martin & Sons, LLC is seeking a Processing Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:30 pm–11:30 pm) with mandatory OT. The role oversees the Processing Department, enforces GMPs, safety policies, and production standards in a fast-paced refrigerated environment in Stevens Township, PA.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of GMPs, hygiene, and safety rules.
• Ability to train and coach staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations in Processing Department.
• Enforce safety policies and GMPs, including LOTO and PPE.
• Schedule staff and manage production workflow to meet targets.
• Monitor yields, quality, and productivity and report to management.
• Support HR with recruiting, evaluations, and training.
