Job summary

John F. Martin & Sons, LLC, a family-owned meat and cheese producer in PA, seeks a shift supervisor to oversee daily production on the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2:00 pm–11:30 pm) with mandatory OT. You will support the line, train staff in a refrigerated environment, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to stand for long periods while coordinating with maintenance and packaging teams.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for 8–12 hours.
• Must be able to push/pull heavy weights (25–1500 lbs).
• Must train employees in a refrigerated environment.
• Must enforce safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production activities and ensure efficiency.
• Assist with day-to-day production and staff on the line.
• Spot and report problems to management.
• Maintain quality and meet production goals.
