Martin & Sons, LLC in Pennsylvania is seeking a 2nd shift production supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensure line efficiency, and support the team in a refrigerated environment. You will help with staffing, scheduling, and problem solving to meet quality and productivity goals.

Responsibilities include training staff, reporting machine issues, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring accurate CPQ checks and metal detector records are kept up to date.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods (8–12 hours) in a refrigerated environment.
• Must train employees and monitor production quality & safety standards.
• Ability to read, interpret measurements, and follow schedules accurately.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day production activities to keep the line running efficiently.
• Assist with staff supply, coverage, and rotating tasks on the line.
• Identify and report mechanical or productivity problems to management.
• Maintain accurate records of CPQ checks and metal detectors on time.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene rules across departments.
