Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead workflow on the production floor to meet daily goals.
• Provide direction to meet company objectives.
• Identify gaps to increase throughput and reduce downtime.

• Coach operators and assess performance.
• Monitor attendance and staffing for shifts.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping policy compliance.
• Address conflicts and perform progressive discipline as needed.
• Contribute to hiring decisions and incident investigations.
• Support manufacturing operations and supplier coordination.
