Job summary

The role ensures safe operations, material replenishment, and the movement of finished goods, while leading a multi-shift team and reporting progress to management.

You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, supervise daily production, and collaborate with other departments to meet goals, using Lean tools and ERP systems like Epicor.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required.
• 2–5 years equivalent work experience.
• 2–3 years leading teams to daily production goals.
• 2–3 years maintaining quality in production.
• Experience collaborating with other departments.
• Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• 2–3 years in stamping manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel to accomplish results, establish priorities, and monitor progress.
• Report production activity results to management as needed.
• Maintain high productivity while ensuring product quality and safety.
• Input daily employee paperwork (labor, scrap, SPC) into the labor system.
• Support company standards and policies and continuous improvement efforts.
• Apply Lean tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet goals and respond to requests.
