CST Industries, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Production Supervisor to lead a busy manufacturing team on the 2nd shift.

You will set daily, weekly and monthly objectives, organize workflow and schedule staff, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and compliance with 5S and ISO procedures. This role supervises a union environment, coaches employees, delivers timely discipline, and coordinates cross-training across machines and areas.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent or 3–5 years related experience.
• Lean manufacturing background.
• 2nd shift experience preferred.
• Experience supervising in a union environment a plus.
• Ability to work with multiple departments.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.

• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to team members.
• Organizes workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Identifies issues in efficiency and suggests improvements.
• Oversees and coaches production team members and enforces fair discipline.
• Represents and documents time, attendance and production progress.
