Job summary

Engineered Wire is seeking a Plant Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead production operations at the Cazenovia facility. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating with plant leadership to meet key performance targets.

The role requires Lean manufacturing experience, strong communication, and the ability to train and mentor operators. This on-site position offers a full-time schedule with weekend hours and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production operations.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles preferred.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems.
• Familiarity with planning and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory goals.
• Coordinate planning with Superintendents/Plant Managers to achieve manufacturing objectives.
• Follow Leader Standard Work and Daily Schedule.
• Support customer requests and identify root causes of defects.
• Ensure operators are trained, certified, and engaged.
