Job summary

International Wire Group, a Pantheon Electric company, is hiring a Manufacturing Machine Operator for the 2nd and 3rd shifts in Cazenovia, NY. The role involves operating and maintaining equipment to produce high-quality copper wire products, with safety and efficiency as core priorities.

You will set up, monitor, and troubleshoot machinery, inspect outputs, and record data while collaborating with a team to meet production goals. Overtime may be required, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and work through the shift.
• Preferred: experience operating manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently while meeting production goals.
• Set up, monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot production machinery.
• Inspect products to ensure quality and production specifications.
• Record production and quality data using computerized systems.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to support production.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Safely handle raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
