Job summary

GE Aerospace Arkansas overhaul facility seeks a Second Shift Production Supervisor to lead front-line manufacturing teams, drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and translate policy into practical action on the shop floor.

You will mentor staff, conduct performance evaluations, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to meet daily production goals in a fast-paced, technically advanced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years as a supervisor in manufacturing, or 7+ years with a HS diploma.
• Willingness to work second shift and overtime, including one weekend per month.
• Experience leading front-line manufacturing teams and driving safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
