Pratt & Whitney in North Berwick, ME is seeking a Production Supervisor, 2nd Shift to lead a multi-skilled team in the manufacture and repair of jet engine components. You will apply CORE, LEAN and CI methods to develop process improvements that enhance quality, throughput and delivery integrity.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong leadership, and compliance with safety, FAA policies, and government contracting obligations; onsite work with potential shift

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent experience in engineering, manufacturing operations, business operations, quality or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Working knowledge of shop practices, processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to a multi-skilled team engaged in the manufacture and repair of jet engine components.
• Ensure employees are adequately trained and work safely and environmentally sound.
