Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Manufacturing Technology with a minimum four years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise workers engaged in Pre-assembly and Final Assembly.
• Ensure production output according to schedule while maintaining safety, quality and productivity.
• Work with planning to define weekly production schedule.
• Apply and train LEAN Manufacturing principles.
• Maintain an efficient Shop Floor Management system.
• Interpret specs, blueprints and job orders; assign duties.
