• 5+ years of electromechanical manufacturing experience.
• Prior Supervisor/leadership experience required.
• Strong electrical and mechanical manufacturing knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical docs.
• Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership, coaching, and training to production employees on the floor.
• Assign and organize daily work to meet production schedules and goals.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specs.
• Monitor output and labor utilization to meet budget and targets.

Pay Rate:

$28.00 - $31.00 per hour, based on experience

Shift:

Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM (2nd Shift)

Shift Differential:

Additional 10% for 2nd Shift

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations on the 2nd shift. This role is responsible for coordinating production activities, supervising manufacturing personnel, and ensuring the efficient utilization of labor and equipment to meet production goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong electromechanical manufacturing background and proven leadership experience in a production environment.

This position reports directly to the Department Manager and requires a leader who can effectively motivate teams while remaining actively involved on the manufacturing floor to support production needs during high-volume periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, coaching, and training to production employees through effective communication and hands-on support.
• Assign and organize daily work to achieve production schedules and performance objectives.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Monitor production output and labor utilization to achieve operational goals within budget.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering teams to troubleshoot production and design-related issues.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized manufacturing environment.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide ongoing performance feedback.
• Support process improvement initiatives, quality activities, testing, and process control efforts.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of electromechanical (E/M) manufacturing experience.
• Previous Supervisor, Production Lead, Team Lead, or Manufacturing Leadership experience required.
• Strong electrical and mechanical manufacturing knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
• Experience utilizing ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated success developing, mentoring, and motivating production teams.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree or Trade School education is a plus.
