Job summary

HIROTEC Manufacturing America in Fayetteville, TN is seeking an Assembly Supervisor for 2nd shift. You will supervise production staff, mentor teams, and drive improvements in quality, safety and efficiency on automotive exhaust production lines.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, with strong communication and teamwork skills. SAP experience is preferred. Excellent benefits and a collaborative environment await.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of supervisor experience in automotive/manufacturing.
• Excellent written and oral communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven computer skills; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production staff to meet quality, cost, delivery and safety goals.
• Monitor equipment and ensure poka yokes function; report defects immediately.
• Train operators and leaders on exhaust production processes.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate performance of production staff.
• Plan staffing to meet production schedules and budget.
