Job summary

Jabil in Memphis, TN is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift. You will lead a large assembly team, ensure on-time production, and uphold quality while mentoring staff and driving continuous improvement.

You will oversee technical maintenance, create training curriculums, and coordinate equipment moves and upgrades. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred) and 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years of experience supervising teams in a manufacturing environment or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead large teams to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain training curricula for the area of responsibility.
• Set measurable performance goals and drive improvements in key metrics.
• Provide coaching and recognition to team members and conduct evaluations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage line moves and production builds.
