Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in leadership.
• Experience with manufacturing ERP systems and understanding of SQDCC.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts.

• Manage shift staffing to meet production goals while improving processes.
• Ensure safety and maintain effective working relationships.
