Eaton's Critical Power Solutions in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead production teams and drive continuous improvement. You will coordinate staffing, monitor performance, and coach staff to meet safety, quality and delivery goals.

The role requires supervising manufacturing operations, implementing Lean practices, and collaborating across departments to optimize plant performance. Relocation assistance is available for this onsite position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR High School Diploma with at least 5 years of supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Manufacturing Operations or Engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 1 year of direct supervisory experience.
• Willing to work 2nd Shift (Mon-Thu 2:30pm-11:00pm, Fri 1:00pm-9:30pm) and relocate to Raleigh, NC.
• Relocation assistance will be provided; no immigration sponsorship for this role.

Eaton’s Critical Power Solution Division is currently seeking a 1st 2nd shift Production Supervisor to join our team. This position is ONSITE 2nd shift: Monday-Thursday 2:30pm-11:00pm and Friday's 1:00pm-9:30pm. Relocation assistance will also be offered for this position, if needed.As a Production Supervisor, you will be an integral member of Critical Power Solutions (CPS) Operations Team, with responsibilities to plan, coordinate, supervise and motivate the activities of all employees of the assigned product lines at Raleigh Plant Operations (RPO). In addition, you will utilize the employees assigned to other product lines to meet or exceed our safety, quality, delivery, cost and efficiency goals, while assisting the Operations Manager in implementing plant wide initiatives.The expected annual salary range for this role is $86,000 - $126,000 a year.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only.
