Cintas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team in Wichita, KS. This management role includes hiring, training and directing entry level staff on a fast paced shift, while ensuring daily productivity, quality, and safety standards are met.

The role emphasizes hands‑on responsibility for daily production flow and bottom line results, with attention to OSHA compliance and safety culture across the plant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team on assigned shift.
• Meet daily productivity and quality requirements.
• Maintain inventory control and safety in the plant.
• Train partners on company safety policies and OSHA compliance.
• Ensure on‑the‑floor safety and accountability for production flow and bottom line results.
