Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd shifts in Cudahy, WI. You will guide production staff, ensure targets are met on time and with high quality, and drive continuous improvement on the floor.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination.
Experience leading and mentoring staff or managing a process or project.
Food or beverage manufacturing background preferred; logistics/warehouse experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

Perform daily inspections on the production floor to identify unsafe conditions and take corrective action.
Lead safety audits and ensure adherence to HACCP and USDA regulations.
Maintain product quality by enforcing Food Safety and Food Quality plans and training on SOPs (including lock-out/tag-out).
Track yields, efficiencies, and variances; work with managers to improve workflows and reduce downtime.
Direct and guide hourly production employees to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
Lead monthly line meetings and walk the floor daily to monitor operations.
Analyze key performance metrics and suggest changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
