Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required, with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading training, coaching or mentoring staff.
• Food or beverage manufacturing background preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Able to motivate and coach employees for peak performance.
• Willing to work long hours and weekends; adaptable to heat and cold.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections on the production floor to identify unsafe conditions and take corrective action.
• Lead safety audits and ergonomic initiatives; ensure HACCP and USDA compliance.
• Maintain product quality by enforcing safety and quality plans; train staff on procedures.
• Track and analyze yields, efficiencies, and variances; work with management to improve workflows.
• Direct and guide hourly production employees to align safety, quality, and production goals.
• Lead monthly line meetings and walk the floor daily.
• Analyze product performance metrics and suggest changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
