Job summary

Tom Trese is seeking a Production Supervisor for 1st and 2nd shifts in Cudahy, Wisconsin. You will guide production employees, ensure targets are met on time, and uphold top quality standards while maintaining safety.

You will train, coach, and motivate the team to peak performance across the line. You will oversee the full production process, monitor yields, and implement real-time adjustments to keep operations smooth, with a focus on safety, quality, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience leading training or mentoring staff.
• Food/beverage manufacturing background preferred; logistics/warehouse acceptable.
• Strong communication and problem-solving with analytical math abilities.
• Motivates and coaches employees to high performance in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections on the production floor to identify unsafe conditions and take corrective action.
• Lead safety audits, HACCP, and USDA regulation adherence.
• Enforce Food Safety and Quality plans and train employees on SOPs including lock-out/tag-out.
• Track yields, efficiencies, and variances; collaborate with Ops to improve workflows.
• Direct hourly staff to align on safety, quality, and production goals.
• Lead monthly line meetings and oversee daily floor activities.
• Analyze product performance metrics and suggest efficiency improvements.
