Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 1st and 2nd shifts in Cudahy, WI. You will lead production employees, ensure targets and quality standards are met, and drive continuous improvement on the line.

You will train and coach staff, enforce safety protocols, and coordinate with operations to optimize yields and reduce downtime. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 2+ years of experience are required, with food/bev background preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience required.
• Experience leading and mentoring staff or managing a process/project.
• Food or beverage manufacturing background preferred; logistics/warehouse acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead production employees on 1st and 2nd shifts to meet targets on time and to quality standards.
• Oversee production process from yields tracking to real-time adjustments to maintain flow.
• Train, coach, and motivate team while emphasizing safety and quality.
• Perform daily floor inspections and correct unsafe conditions.
• Lead safety audits and ensure HACCP and USDA regulations compliance.
• Monitor quality plans and train staff on safe operating procedures (LOTO, etc.).
• Analyze production metrics to identify improvements and reduce downtime.
