Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift in Wisconsin to lead production employees, ensuring targets are met on time and to the highest quality standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience leading, training, and mentoring staff.
• Food/beverage manufacturing preferred; logistics/warehouse acceptable.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily floor inspections to identify unsafe conditions and take corrective action.
• Lead safety audits and ergonomic initiatives while ensuring HACCP and USDA compliance.
• Maintain product quality by enforcing safety plans and training on SOPs (LOTO included).
• Track yields, efficiencies, variances; coordinate with managers to improve workflows.
• Direct hourly employees to align on safety, quality, and production goals.
• Lead monthly line meetings and daily floor walks.
• Analyze key product metrics and suggest changes to improve efficiency and costs.
