Furst-McNess Company is seeking a capable Production Supervisor to lead a 2nd shift at our Lodi, WI facility. This role focuses on safety, quality, and efficient production aligned with schedules and customer requirements.

The supervisor will coach staff, manage daily activities, and collaborate across maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to resolve issues while promoting continuous improvement. Strong communication and a hands-on leadership style are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing, production, or operations experience.
• Previous supervisory, team lead, or leadership experience.
• Forklift certification preferred; willingness to obtain certification with company support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are achieved.
• Supervise and provide direction to production employees during assigned shifts.
• Monitor production processes, product quality, and workflow to ensure operational standards are met.
• Train, coach, and develop employees on safe work practices, SOPs, and job responsibilities.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate production priorities, schedule changes, and operational needs to employees and leadership.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and employee performance discussions.
