Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd Shift in Statesville, NC. You will lead and direct a production team, with hands-on responsibility for daily flow, productivity, and quality.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, and directing team members, maintaining safety, and ensuring OSHA compliance while driving bottom-line results for the plant. This is a management role with accountability for operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Preferred: ability to handle the physical requirements of the position, including bending, stretching, twisting and lifting.
• Preferred: ability to set and prioritize goals.
• Preferred: availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team on a fast paced shift.
• Hire, train and direct individuals in entry level production positions.
• Meet daily productivity and quality requirements.
• Maintain inventory control and plant safety; train partners on safety policies.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and regulations and foster a safety culture.
