Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team on the 2nd shift in Madison, AL. The role combines hands-on supervision with accountability for daily output and quality.

You will hire, train and coach entry-level operators, ensure safety, and enforce OSHA standards while maintaining inventory accuracy and production flow. This position emphasizes a culture of safety and continuous improvement, with responsibilities tied to meeting production goals and the bottom

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to handle the physical requirements of the position, including repeated bending, stretching, twisting and lifting.
• Ability to set and prioritize goals.
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team.
• Hire, train and direct entry-level production staff.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Maintain inventory control.
