Job summary

Cintas in Statesville, NC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the Production team, drive daily output, and maintain safety and quality on the line. You will hire and train entry-level staff, manage inventory, and ensure OSHA compliance while delivering on-time production and bottom-line results.

This is a management position with hands-on responsibility and accountability for daily production flow and bottom-line results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
