Job summary

Home Chef in Bedford Park, IL is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (4:00pm–12:30am) with Mondays and Tuesdays off. You will lead an hourly production team, ensure adherence to SOPs, and resolve issues impacting output and quality.

Expect oversight of portioning, bagging, and shipping lines while coaching staff. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced setting, strong KPI orientation, and proficiency with production tracking tools and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of driving KPIs and improving outputs.
• Experience with Excel/Sheets and ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production targets and staffing for assigned shift.
• Coach leads and associates on SOPs and safety.
• Manage setup, labeling, and packaging to meet production goals.
• Track counts and inventory accuracy, using production tracker.
• Collaborate with QA and warehouse to maintain quality and on-time output.
