Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift to oversee plant equipment maintenance and a skilled maintenance team at our Greenwood, SC site. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and cost control while coordinating with contractors and internal departments to keep production running smoothly.

Responsibilities include leading maintenance planning, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with OSHA/EPA, and driving improvements in OEE.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of technical maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• One (1) year of experience as a lead, supervisor, or manager.
• One (1) year of experience using a maintenance management system (CMMS or similar).
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of plant equipment and machinery.
• Lead the maintenance team and coordinate installation, modifications, and improvements.
• Manage external vendors/contractors and maintain spare parts inventory.
• Plan and control maintenance budget, labor, parts, and outside services.
• Ensure safety procedures and regulatory compliance in all maintenance activities.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and development of maintenance staff.
