Zusammenfassung

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking an onsite Value Stream Manager (2nd Shift) at our Greenwood, SC facility. The role runs 3:00pm–1:00am, Monday–Thursday, with relocation assistance available for qualified U.S. candidates.

Base salary ranges from $113,000 to $165,000 per year and a variable incentive program is available. The position oversees manufacturing production and leads resources to meet customer expectations while driving CI within the Eaton Business System.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a manufacturing, production, operations, assembly, fabrication, and/or related facility environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience directly managing and leading employees in a manufacturing, production, or operations environment.
• Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily operations for supervisors and shop floor employees ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across all processes
• Champion implementation of lean activities to eliminate waste opportunities of key processes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process change and technology upgrades
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet productivity scheduling goals
• Analyze operations data, key metrics, identifying improvement opportunities and executing action plans
• Align demand forecasts with capacity plans to ensure optimal schedule execution and rescore utilization
• Achieve key BOS metrics including TRCR, Productive Utilization, On-Time Delivery, First Pass Yield and DPPM.
• Effective management of plant assets through leadership of maintenance and facilities resources.
• Champion implementation of MESH to achieve improvement in year over year safety performance measures.
• Train and develop team members as well as providing oversight and coaching to other team members.
• Develop staffing strategies and foster employee engagement, accountability, and a high-performance culture
• Enable success of employees (providing resources and removing barriers)
• Empower employees – drive decision making down through organization
• Other duties as assigned.
