Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor for the 2nd shift at the Greenwood, SC facility. The role oversees ~20 employees in shipping and warehousing, ensuring safe, efficient operations with a focus on on-time delivery and inventory accuracy.

This onsite position requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in manufacturing/warehouse environments, and 1+ year of supervisory experience. Relocation assistance is available; weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 3+ years of manufacturing/industrial, distribution or warehouse/shipping experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience.
• Willingness to work Monday-Friday 2nd shift 3:30pm-12:30am and weekends as needed.
• Relocation to Greenwood SC possible with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations including receipt, inspection, storage, distribution and shipment of materials and finished goods.
• Manage inventory control to maintain accurate records and optimize stock levels for timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain safe, organized warehouse environment and ensure regulatory compliance and housekeeping standards.
• Direct logistics and transportation, planning, scheduling and monitoring inbound/outbound shipments for cost-effective on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with carriers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve delays and improve logistics performance.
• Provide leadership, coaching and development for warehouse and logistics team members, including onboarding and performance management.
