You will balance accountability and teamwork while developing staff, coordinating with Team Leads, and ensuring schedules are followed. The role requires physical presence and a commitment to safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Must have experience leading people in production, warehouse, manufacturing, or fast-paced operations.
• Experience with coaching, accountability and employee development.
• Ability to prioritize work, make decisions, and keep production moving in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication of process changes and expectations to teams and leadership.
• Ability to monitor workflow, identify issues quickly, and take corrective action.
• Ability to collaborate across departments to meet daily production goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by leading and coaching others; enforce systems, policies and procedures.
• Develop staff through interviewing, selecting, and training employees; foster growth opportunities.
• Monitor workflow, observe equipment, and maintain systems that produce high quality products; fix malfunctions and promote teamwork.
• Coordinate with Team Leads to schedule personnel, set priorities, track progress, and report production results.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
