Job summary

Double Good is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Burr Ridge, IL facility on 2nd shift (12:30–9:30pm). You will lead daily production, drive safety and quality, and collaborate with multiple teams to execute the roadmap for automation and continuous improvement.

The role requires 5+ years in production with 2+ years in leadership, lean manufacturing expertise, and strong analytical skills. Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production/manufacturing experience with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience establishing routines and process control to optimize floor performance.
• Fluent with lean manufacturing practices and standardization.

Responsibilities

• Execute the daily production plan/schedule for the Burr Ridge facility.
• Coach and lead hourly production team to meet goals safely and efficiently.
• Partner with Operations Manager and CI Leader to drive automation and process improvements.
