Job Juncture is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor for a leading food manufacturer in Battleboro, NC. This hands-on leadership role oversees a team of 15–25 in a bakery operations context, focusing on safety and quality while meeting production goals.

You will coordinate daily production, coach staff, enforce GMPs, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues. The role offers growth within a strong supervisory structure and a comprehensive benefits package.
