Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment.
• Associate’s degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Microsoft Office Suite Experience, including Excel for data logging and reporting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during 1st shift.
• Ability to prioritize multiple issues in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Install, maintain, and support instruments and control systems used in industrial manufacturing processes.
• Work with sensors, control valves, actuators, PLCs, HMIs, motion control systems, and related automation equipment.
• Provide real-time troubleshooting and repair of electrical, instrumentation, controls, and automation systems on production equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve PLC, HMI, sensor, motion control, and electrical issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps and maintain up-to-date records in CMMS.
