Job summary

Sportech, LLC in Elk River, MN is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (10-hour shifts, M-F). The role leads a shift, develops staff, and ensures safe, efficient production of cab components for multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Manufacturing supervision experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage shift personnel.
• Mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting preferred.
