Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division in El Paso, TX is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 4:00 PM–12:45 AM). The role drives manufacturing processes, improves quality, and ensures timely workload scheduling to meet customer needs.

The supervisor will oversee payroll, attendance, and performance reviews, promote a zero-incident culture, develop future leaders, and coordinate with other departments to optimize costs and output.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Two or more years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now and in the future.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of El Paso, TX will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
