Eaton Corporation's ES AMER ARS division in El Paso, TX is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 4:00 pm–12:45 am). The role oversees manufacturing processes, ensures safety, quality, and efficiency, and partners with the plant manager to drive continuous improvement.

A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of leadership in manufacturing are required; relocation is not offered. Salary range is $86,000–$126,000 per year plus eligibility for a variable incentive program, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Two or more years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now and in the future.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of El Paso, TX will be considered.
• Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
• Preferred: technical industrial or management background and knowledge of products (LVA, MVC, MVD, Fabrications).
• Preferred: BSEE or engineering degree.
