Eaton’s Commercial Products & Assemblies division seeks a Value Stream Manager to lead second‑shift manufacturing in El Paso, TX. You will drive safety, quality, and delivery while guiding a cross‑functional team and implementing lean frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years’ experience managing people or project teams.
• 3+ years cross-functional experience in scheduling, engineering, manufacturing or customer service.
• Eaton will not consider immigration sponsorship or relocation for this position; candidates within 50 miles of El Paso, TX only.

Responsibilities

• Lead all assembly value stream operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and customer service targets.
• Drive CIF, ELSS, EBS, and lean manufacturing principles to improve performance.
• Develop and maintain a high‑performing, cross‑trained workforce through coaching and succession planning.
• Direct production activities to ensure efficient resource use and on‑time delivery.
• Establish, monitor, and act on KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, and inventory.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to support customer satisfaction and new product introductions.
• Develop short‑ and long‑term manufacturing strategies to improve performance and growth.
