Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution required.
• 3+ years in Manufacturing or Operations.
• 3+ years supervising teams.
• No immigration sponsorship offered for this position.
• Residence within 50 miles of El Paso, TX facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production activities including manpower allocation, schedule execution, and workload balancing.
• Lead multiple production areas while ensuring efficient use of labor, equipment and materials.
• Maintain accountability to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Inventory objectives.
• Serve as highest-level salaried leader on-site during second shift and coordinate cross-functional resources.
• Lead structured problem-solving using RCA, A3, 5-Why, DMAIC and other CI methods.
• Oversee safety investigations, corrective actions, and follow-up for incidents on shift.
