Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is seeking an Assembler III for the 2nd shift in El Paso, TX. The role runs 4:00pm-12:45am with overtime possible and a $1/hour shift differential on top of $19.00/hour.

You will assemble, fit and mount subassemblies in electrical control equipment and perform testing and final inspection. You will follow engineering drawings, use tools like an impact gun and drill, and ensure 5-S housekeeping and safety.

Qualifications

• 1 year of internal switchboard manufacturing experience or 2 Assembler II certifications.
• No immigration sponsorship for this position.
• No relocation benefits offered; within 50-mile radius of Dallas, TX only.
• Active-Duty Military Service members are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fit and mount subassemblies and components in electrical control equipment.
• Perform testing preparation and final inspection.
• Follow oral/written instructions and engineering drawings.
• Use tools such as an impact gun, sidewinder, and drill for assembly of switchboards.
• Maintain 5-S housekeeping and safe work practices.
