Responsibilities

• Evaluate machine resources to minimize downtime and maintain production.

• Hire, train and supervise production staff and ensure staffing levels.
• Document and report production and personnel data as required.
• Identify areas to optimize processes and reduce costs.
• Stay up to date with new processes and equipment.
