Job summary

Sonoco Canada in Frenchtown, NJ is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the 2nd shift to oversee safety, quality and productivity. You will lead the shift team, coordinate production scheduling, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer demands.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in business, science or engineering and at least 2 years of supervisory experience. The role offers a competitive base salary plus a target bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety processes and manufacturing best practices for the shift.

• Foster employee engagement and provide training and discipline when needed.
• Identify and propose capital projects to improve performance.
