You should be detail-oriented, able to read production worksheets, and capable of lifting up to 40 lbs. The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to GMP, SOP, HACCP, and safety standards on a GMP-compliant site.

Qualifications

• Ability to consistently push, pull, and lift between 20 and 100 pounds.
• Working knowledge of production and plant processes.
• Ability to work scheduled hours and required overtime.
• Reliability, honesty, respect, attention to detail, and punctuality.
• Basic analytical and numerical skills and the ability to perform simple calculations.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain machines within multiple departments.
• Ensure line quality and productivity; monitor equipment for smooth operation.
• Perform minor repairs and changeovers; maintain records and paperwork.
• Operate metal detectors and complete required documentation.
• Adhere to GMP, SOP, HACCP, SSOP, and safety policies.
• Keep area clean and sanitary; minimize waste; report problems to supervisor.
