Job summary

TerrAscend is seeking a Full-Time Packaging Lead for our Boonton, NJ facility. You will oversee packaging of manufactured cannabis products, lead Packaging Associates, and ensure safe, compliant production aligned with TerrAscend standards.

You will manage logs, prepare for shifts, and ensure accurate SPC logging and weight tracking while maintaining a high level of teamwork and situational awareness in a diverse team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in production/manufacturing settings is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to daily production schedule to meet efficiency goals.
• Maintain and inspect working areas, tools, and equipment before shifts.
• Clean and sanitize glassware and equipment; handle materials safely.
• Record batch, equipment, quality, inventory, and state-mandated docs accurately.
• Fill out logs and tracking records.
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in all processes.
• Assist managers in steering the team through shifts.
• Prepare room for opening/closing of each shift.
