Piston Automotive, part of the Piston Group, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead plant employees on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 5:30 PM–2:30 AM). You will plan workload, assign tasks, ensure safety, and drive continuous improvement in assembly operations to meet customer delivery goals.

Qualified candidates have four years of supervisory experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and relevant certifications.

Qualificações

• Four years of experience as a Production Supervisor or related role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Supervisor Certification
• Green Belt Certification
• Must be able to frequently lift up to 25 pounds

Responsabilidades

• Educates employees on plant safety requirements and ensures all policies and procedures are being followed when working on the plant floor.
• Reviews daily production requirements and aligns manpower to run assembly operations safely and efficiently.
• Ensures all production employees are trained in accordance with standard work instructions.
• Manages, motivates, and leads production employees to meet production requirements within quality standards and delivery schedules.
• Conducts shift meetings to review daily activity and ensure appropriate communications between shifts.
• Coaches, counsels, and administers corrective actions to production employees.
• Monitors equipment and progress to schedule attainment and resolves issues.
• Completes daily safety, production, and quality reports.
