Job summary

Perdue Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. You will lead and support hourly associates across receiving, order processing, production, and shipping, ensuring finished products move seamlessly through the warehouse.

You will champion quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while driving productivity and engagement on the floor, upholding USDA, QA, and facility standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a manufacturing environment with 1+ year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and compliance standards (ISO, OSHA).
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly associates across receiving, production, and shipping.
• Enforce safety and regulatory standards and train staff.
• Monitor equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering to optimize processes.
• Maintain accurate production records and report to management.
• Drive lean initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.
