Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2–3 years in manufacturing with 1+ year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree candidates with no manufacturing experience must have at least 1+ year supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on associate development.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure team compliance with safety standards.
• Lead and coach hourly associates across receiving, order processing, production and shipping.
• Maintain production records including output, quality metrics and attendance.
• Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize resources.
• Provide regular updates to management on production status and opportunities for improvement.
