2nd Shift Production Supervisor

2nd Shift Hours: 1:00pm - 9:00pm, M-F

The Production Supervisor supervises all shift employees and ensures compliance with safety, quality, quantity, and housekeeping standards. Acts as a liaison, representing the team in interfacing with the organization. Reviews daily reports to facilitate timely shipments and works closely with staff to solve problems on the work floor. May lead the 2nd shift as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all personnel and operations on the shift
• Implement changes to increase production flow and quality
• Maintain thorough knowledge of processes and equipment
• Report process and equipment issues
• Train, evaluate, and review employees
• Organize work for smooth operations
• Ensure policies, rules, and procedures are followed
• Verify correct identification, inventory, and warehousing
• Supervise job orders and paperwork
• Oversee processes, equipment, employees, safety, and housekeeping
• Handle production and tooling issues and troubleshooting
• Coordinate team activities to meet goals
• Perform other duties as assigned
