Jones Dairy Farm, a family-owned business for over 135 years, is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals demonstrating leadership, drive, and a focus on safety and quality in meat production.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and supervise personnel activities and work assignments.
2. Administer company policies, work rules, and labor contracts fairly and consistently.
3. Ensure compliance with HACCP, quality inspections, and USDA guidelines.
4. Conduct daily safety inspections to maintain safe operations.
5. Ensure materials are available based on production needs.
6. Recommend improvements to procedures, methods, facilities, and equipment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Supervisory experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Post-secondary degree in food or business-related field preferred.
• Experience in a unionized environment is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
