Job summary

ThermoSafe Technologies Inc in Portland, IN is seeking a Production Associate to pack products quickly, safely, and accurately while maintaining quality.

Reporting to the Production Shift Supervisor, you will collaborate across departments, uphold 5S and safety standards, and adapt to a fast-paced environment with overtime as needed.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or warehouse and be able to lift up to 50 pounds; training and opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required.
• Strong sense of urgency with a get it done attitude.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions.

Responsibilities

• Pack products accurately and efficiently to meet production requirements.
• Collaborate closely with production teams and other departments.
• Maintain 5S workplace organization and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and adapt to changing situations.
• Monitor and report on the quality of manufactured products.
• Move products to designated pack-out locations and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Perform all duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
• Support ThermoSafe's quality and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist other departments as needed to meet operational demands.
• Work overtime as required.
